I suggest Guitar Lessons.. It’s easier to sing along to, plus, you can bring the guitar anywhere, not like the piano.. and if singing is your priority, i think the guitar makes the better accompaniment.. enjoy your lessons!

Well I play guitar, and some piano, but personally I think you would pick up on guitar easier if you learned piano first

Weekly lessons with an instructor! And sorry, but yes you just have to practice. To be good, it takes years and as frustrating and as long as it will take to be amazing, the time and effort will be worth it. There is no shortcuts in being a great musician!

I want to learn how to play both instruments and im wondering what the best way to tackle them would be. Like both at once or one at a time. Also what is the best way to Learn To Play Guitar? Like what chords and strumming patterns should i learn first. Thanks

here are some pretty easy songs to play too:
peter gun
smoke on the water
thunder struck

as for piano
they make lots of good instruction books
but i dont know alot about that

You should start out with guitar Alot of Musicians Say that Piano is alot harder

For your Guitar I would go acoustic first because it’s pretty much basic.

Question by E!3: Should I take piano lessons or Guitar Lessons?
I’m 15 and I’m taking one of these lessons at school this summer, but I don’t know what to choose since I don’t know which one I like best. Any ideas on why I should pick one instead of the other? And, if I get the chance, do you think it’ll be a good idea to take both at the same time?

Piano is mentally VERY different from the guitar. Instead of both your hands working together to play one part, each hand plays a separate part. That will probably be your biggest challenge.

Both instruments are relatively easy to learn, as they don’t require any particular technique to simple play some notes. Instruments like the violin, trumpet, and flute require a fair amount of practice before you start making any sort of pleasant noises on them.

Basic keyboard skills are a good thing for any musician to have.

it’ll be much easier for you than a person learning guitar as their first instrument. But, it is ALOT harder than piano. mainly because its alot different…a good begginers guitar would cost you between $ 100-350.
and a cheap amp would be around 100 dollars. (everything with guitar is expensive)

If your expecting it to be easy, than dont read this next part!!!

It will take you THOUSANDS of hours of practice to become very good at guitar…so take that into consideration too.
