@121Guns The distortion doesn’t make (a lot of) difference. Your tone (treble) does.
So try to keep the treble down. (idk what kind of amp you got, so it might be that you’ve “high and low”. If so, try to keep the “high” down)

Hey guys, I’m having a huge problem with palm mute, it sounds ..scratchy, I mean that the sound of the pick touching the strings is too loud, it’s annoying. I use full distortion, does it make any difference?
