pushing “enough” …
pushing “enough” matters pushing hard all the time makes playing for a long time very hard. as you play and learn you learn the required “push” for the chords and get more efficient.
a better setup guitar helps a lot because you need less strength to voice a chord cleanly.

you dont have to push down really hard, if you do then you need to have your guitar set up properly.
Go into a few music stores and ask if they can show you what Im talking about and still hit a couple of stores just to get a couple of opinions…some wont have a clue what your talking about when talking about the action of the guitar….there are some videos on here that talk about setup, action and entonation, give them a view also.
